Check-in is from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. Need an earlier check-in or later check-out? Just message us in advance — usually we can arrange it (late check-out may carry a small fee).
How do I pay, and when is the deposit returned?+
We'll send a payment invoice directly to your Kaspi.kz app. You can also pay with Visa or Mastercard. Your deposit will be returned within 12 hours of check-out after the apartment has been inspected.
